We structure our design process with the well-known 5D model: Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Distribute. In these five phases, we develop an individual Branded Interaction Design. At the end of the process, we develop a comprehensive design concept that enables successful digital brand management, overall branding, platforming. In ten years of applying this method has become our digital flesh and blood and the user-centered approach has become a matter of course.
We use the model with different application methodologies and are able to scale it from small to large projects, and our employees have now managed more than 500 digital projects with it.
